Wonder what future cars would look like? German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz is here to paint a picture.
On Tuesday, the premium auto company launched its sustainable concept car Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. What was even more exciting was the presence of director James Cameron who did have vested interest at play. Tweeting about the collaboration, the excited film-maker introduced the world to the brand new concept car, inspired by AVTR.
During the car launch, the 'Avatar' sequel was announced with a sneak peek of Cameron's film franchise which earned over $2.74 billion and held the highest-grossing feature film record for the longest time before the release of 'Avengers: Endgame' in July 2019.
In a move to make the car sustainable, the premium auto company has used a revolutionary battery technology. The materials of the battery are compostable and recyclable. But there seems to be no compromise on luxury as the carma .
